Do I Need Any Equipment?Nope! We can accommodate to anything you do or don’t have access to. If you can only do bodyweight training, dumbbell training or have a fully equipped gym this is for you.

Will I Keep The Same Price If The Price Increases?Yes, if we change the price after you sign up you will be grandfathered into paying the same price you signed up at. We will not change how much you pay after you sign up.

I Live Internationally, Is That A Problem?No, everything is delivered online so it does not matter where in the world you live. We have varying times for our group zoom calls with the coaches so you should be able to make at least one of them.

I Am An Older Athlete, Can I Still See Gains?Yes! We have had many success stories with older athletes, just head to thpstrength.com and you will see a testimonial video showcasing some of our 35+ athletes.

I Am Injured, Can You Help Me?Yes we certainly can, your initial plan will be based off getting any current injuries pain free and progressing from there, we have countless success stories with knee/achilles pain and we are just as good at getting tendons pain free as we are increasing vertical jump! Likewise, if any pain does occur while training with us, make sure to tell the coaches ASAP so they can adjust your training accordingly.

I Don't Play Basketball Or Wish To Dunk, Is This Still For Me?Yes, we have coached athletes from basketball, to track and field, ultimate frisbee, football, soccer and even bobsled! Whatever your goals, we can help.

I Can Only Workout A Few Times A Week, Is That A Problem?That is not an issue, we can cater to your current schedule and make sure you’re getting the most out of it.

Do You Include Upper Body Workouts?Yes we include upper body and circuit days in our training. If you wish to do more upper body then you have the ability to ask the coaches to add that in for you.

Can I Do This While In Season?Yes, we have a lot of athletes who go in and out of season, depending on how intense your sport is/how many times a week you play your training will be adjusted accordingly in intensity. We may focus more on keeping you healthy however if your training age is low you can definitely still see good progress while playing your sport regularly.

Which Applications Do You Use?We use Teambuildr for uploading the workouts and this is where the athlete will find them, we use Skool for our private community with lots of educational content inside (make sure you join our private community at skool.com/thpcoaching if you are a paying athlete, this is different to the free community), we use either iMessage or WhatsApp for your group chat with the coaches in which you can send them videos, ask questions etc, and we use Zoom for the video calls with the coaches which run bi-weekly (once every two weeks).

How Do The Group Calls Work?You will have the chance to join either one of the coaches own private calls and speak to who you wish, it is a group call so please be patient while the coaches answer everyone’s questions. This call is for questions you may not be able to ask/explain via text in the group chat.

I Just Signed Up, Where Is My Training?Make sure you filled out the onboarding form after checkout and a coach will be in touch with you via either iMessage or WhatsApp (device dependent), so make sure either of them are set up, and once your training is written it will be sent over.
